A taxi to Brussels city is an option if you want to travel by car during your stay in the Belgian capital. Taxis are available 24 hours a day, and you can book one online or in-person at the airport.  The ride takes about an hour, depending on traffic conditions and weather, and costs around 45 euros (including luggage). A taxicab conveys passengers between locations of their choice. Taxis are hired by phone or at taxi stands.

Taxi drivers may be licensed or unlicensed. The latter is called “street hailers”. In many jurisdictions, taxis must have meters that display the cost of the trip and show rates based on time and distance.
